Women are often accused of shopping disorders! Mostly from the men we have in our lives, or even our moms! The lines above are something we have all heard at some point of time and we have often said these too ourselves too as we become guilty of emptying our pockets in stuff which we possibly need or not?
So what is enough when it comes to shopping, are you really satisfied when its just one shirt, one jeans or one bag or pair of shoes? Why do we want to buy more? Why it makes us so happy? The question can well be your self-esteem.
Self-esteem is obviously something we rate higher than anything. We love ourselves or want to love ourselves, and we believe clothes and accessories are the best way to pamper oneself. If we look good then we are complimented and we are over the moon, our "purchase" becomes a success! So we want to do it again.
If my chappals get complimented, well its score! Many more chappals on the way? Since the easiest way to feel on top of the world is to boost our self-esteem so I have discovered. I am guilty of such pleasures as well. Possibly a new bag every time, a black, blue, pink?
Its not a first discovery but quite intriguing how human mind works! You must have heard people tell you, that you want people to like you for your bag, chappal, clothes, hair, makeup? Yes, because it boosts ones confidence, I see nothing wrong in that! Self-esteem, confidence is self driven, and when you are not feeling on top of the world you are not going to give that vibe? That's how a complex mind (woman) works!
There are no possible answers here just a awareness probably in public interest! :)
